Jen Paranhos, LCSW, QS
Therapy is more than addressing struggles; it is a powerful step towards growth, resilience, and empowerment. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, improve relationships, and cultivate a sense of peace and purpose. Ms. Paranhos has over 20 years of experience working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, caregiver stress, sleep issues, chronic pain, mild cognitive impairment, and any form of dementia in an early stage. Her focus is working with individuals aged 50 and older using evidence-based modalities such as: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), and strengths-based therapy. As a qualified supervision (QS) she also offers supervision services for clinicians working towards licensing.
